Course Description
This 3-day instructor-led Project Management Foundations course is designed specifically to teach the fundamentals of project management and basic project management techniques. Students will learn the steps and variables of the project management process, the responsibilities of a project manager, and how to identify the attributes of a project. Students will also learn about contracts and procurement; as well as how to implement quality, handle risks, and communicate effectively.
